Can we give one dealer a special rate on a few SKUs?
Yes. Add a dealer-specific override with a validity date. It sits above the tier rate and expires on its own.
Does the price change if we revise rates after an order is placed?
No. Confirmed orders keep the price that applied at the time of ordering unless you choose to reprice them.
